The City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of King County. Washington, hereby
releases Phillips Pitre, Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Café, his/her/their successors and assigns,
including but not limited to Fawcett Properties, LLC, from any obligations or
responsibilities stemming from the Parking Delay Agreement dated the 21s' day of
December 1994, recorded under King County Recording No. 199412270308.
Phillips Pitre, Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Cafe, by and through Fawcett Properties, LLC,
the undersigned, as successor and assignee thereof, acknowledges and understands that this
Release of Parking Delay Agreement is only applicable to the termination of the Parking
Delay Agreement referenced above and has no bearing or applicability to any current, if
any, or future contractual relations between the City and Fawcett Properties, LLC or any
other panics related to the Rainbow Café or the real property on which it is located,
described below.
