WHEREAS the City was granted a Waterline Easement crossirig'Ithat certain
property in Auburn, Washington known as Peterson Freezer, King County, Washington,
which is recorded under King County Recording No. 20010228000730, wherein George
Lyden and Charles Lyden were the Grantors and City of Auburn was the Grantee; and
WHEREAS Lyden and Lyden Partnership, is the current owners of the property,
parcel # 072105-9026.
WHEREAS the City has determined that the Waterline Easement is in excess of
City needs and should be relinquished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby: Relinquishes, and forever abandons the
Water Easement, by this reference made a part hereof.
