Grantors shall submit for written approval a work plan to the City Engineer for any digging, drilling, excavation, construction or any other form of activity on the Property that may alter the existing ground levels, impact the drainage system, disturb the compaction, or damage any improvements within the Easement. Such work plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer for written approval not fewer than 30 days prior to the expected work date. Grantee, and its agents and assigns, shall have the right of access to the Easement, over and across the Property to enable Grantee to exercise its rights herein.
