Review of Feb 2015 Minutes: Feb 2O15 minutes were not moved for approval. A quorum was not met. O|6 Business: WCCFA Conference —The Washington Cremation Conference was held in March. Craig gave u presentation on informal cremation gardens with a focus being Forest Walk. Prior to, multimedia took photographs of Forest Walk for Craig's PowerPoint presentation. Those photos will be added to the cemeterywebshe. New "Old" Truck - The cemetery received a full size truck from Maintenance and Operations. Tree Removal —Three large Cedar trees were removed in the fourth addition. Easter Sunrise Service — 160 people attended the Easter Sunrise Service. This is an increase from the previous year. New Business: New Brochures — Multimedia is designing a new brochure, updating photos and information. New Co|umbahum'|n Forest Walk there are two 16 niche co|umbahum, one being sold out and the second co|umbahumat half capacity. A new niche cu|umbahumisin the planning. |t will bedual capacity 95niches. Each niche would be approximately $3595 or more with projected sales of $350,000. This project will be funded by the Endowed Care Fund. Final approval by the finance department and the City Council will be possibly in late summer or early fall. Cemetery Board Meeting April 14, 2014 Cemsites Software - Cemsites is the new cemetery program has for record keeping. Data imported from the old HMIS program has created some dirty data that is being cleaned up. There is no GPS module at the current time, but can be added later. Aerial mapping is the current option.
