plats, page 56 and a portion of alley vacated by City of Auburn Ordinance 6511 recorded under recording
number 20140811000527, records of King County, Washington lying in the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Block 6 (also known as the northeast corner of Parcel
B, City of Auburn Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA-0003-95, recorded under recording number 9502160960,
records of King County,Washington);
THENCE South 00°55'43" West, along the east line of said Block 6 a distance of 130.22 feet to the
