determined that the certain easement(s) retained for the City's benefit in Ordinance No.
6511 of the Auburn City Council dated July 21, 2014 and Recording No. 20140811000527
in the records of King County, Washington are no longer needed for City purposes
and hereby releases and abandons the following described property to
MW Holdings Auburn SE Block, LLC, successors and assigns.
