Prior to starting construction, the Contractor shall call ONT)-CALL (S-600-424-5555) for utility locations (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, gas, power, telephone and television). f. During construction, the Contractor shall be required to control on -site storm water runoff by using temporary or permanent drainage erosion/siltation control procedures. g. Locations of existing utilities are approximate. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to determine the true elevations and locations of hidden utilities. All visible items shall be the Engineer's responsibility. h. Existing pavement surfaces shall be saw cut full depth with straight, uniform edges 12 inches (12") out from the edge of excavation. All joints between the new and original pavement shall be painted with asphalt emulsion (CSS-1). i. The Contractor shall install, replace, or relocate all signs, as shown on the plans or as affected by construction, per the City's Standard detail (No. TRSP-1). J. Power, cable and telephone lines shall Pe in a trench with a minimum horizontal separation from other utilities (sewer, water, storm) of five feet (51). k. During construction, all public streets adjacent to this project shall be kept clean of all material deposits resulting from on -site construction, as directed by the City. m. Certified As -built drawings are required prior to project acceptance. Refer to the City's "Certified As -built Requirements" in Appendix "E" herein. n. All required landscaping shall conform with City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance, Section No. 18.50. o. For MH & CB rim adjustment, maximum adjustment with brick of rims and castings shall be 14 inches (1411) without adding new sections. p- All manholes and catch basins in public right-of- way or easements shall be adjusted after asphalt paving, and conform to the City's Standard Adjustment Detail (No. STFG-1) q- All connections of SDR 35 PVC pipe to manholes shall be made by using A.C. or GPK manhole adapters, or approved equal. r. The maximum laying lengths shall not exceed 121611 for SDR 35 pipe. S. Bedding for PVC: pipe shall be 5/8 Inch Minus crushed Rock four inches (411) minimum under to six inches (6") minimum over pipe, as per the City of Auburn Standard Detail No. GEPT-3. t.
