The City Council, Mayor and Code Enforcement Official of the City of Aubum haye �o deierrnined that the property and sfructure constitutes a threat to the public,heakh, safety, or welfare. i� 5. On August 6 2007, the City Council of the City of Aubum adopted Resolution 4216 Iz priorto condemna#ion, dedaring that the acguisfi.on of the real property descnbed therein is necessary to eliminate neighborhood blight 13 14 6. The property is subject to condemnation because it constitutes a blight on the. surrounding neighborhood. �s 7: On Marcfi 10, 2008 the City of Aubum obfained a va[uation of the property 16 prepared by State-certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Richard E. Pinkley of GPA Valuation, Tacoma, Washington. This appraisal found the estimafed market _ 1� value o.f the subject prope�fy to be One Hundred $eventy-Eight Thousand Dollars ($178,000). is 8.
