That an amendment to the existing Special Property Use Permit be granted for the purpose of constructing twenty-five (25) apartment units, re- ducing the density., from forty-eight (48) to twenty=five (25), also to change design and location of the structures, located on the following descirbed pro- perty, to -wit: All of Lots 25, 26, 27 and 28 and the 180 ft of Lots 21, 22, 23 :and 24, all in Blk 19 of C.D. Hillman's Auburndale Addition to the City of Seattle, Div. No. 2 as per plat recorded in Vol 13 of Plats on pg 92, records of King Co., Wash. situate in- Sec. .7, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM City of Auburn, Co. of King,.State of Wash. in accordance with the plot plans and exterior elevations for said development submitted with the request for the amendment to the existing Special Property Use Permit, a copy of which is attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof as though set forth in:7full herein. Section-2. That the comments of the Auburn Public Works Department dated November 1, 1977 and attached hereto as Exhibit "B", be complied with prior to the issuance of a building permit on the site. Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the King County Auditor's'Office. Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law. ATTEST:.
