Section 2. Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in
the Office of the King County Auditor.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take•effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after'the passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.

City of Auburn, A Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in the
County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing
is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3239 of the ordinances
of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF RIGHT -OF. -WAY, SITUATED
BETWEEN 56THAND 58TH AVENUE SOUTH AT SOUTH 338TH, WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON"

Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn and published
