That a Conditional Use Permit be granted for the purpose of constructing 20 apartment units on a parcel of land 48,000 square feet in size located on the south side of Auburn Way South known as 3611 Auburn.Way South, within the City of Auburn, and legally described as follows: The E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec 21., Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM, in King County, Washington, EXCEPT the W 10ft and EXCEPT the N 30 ft thof conveyed to King County for road, by deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 934964; EXCEPT coal and mineral rights as reserved in deed and recorded 'under Auditor's File No. 387529. in accordance with the plot plans and exterior elevations for said development submitted with the request for Conditional Use Permit, a copy of which is attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof as though set forth in full herein. Section 2. That the Gity Clerk of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the King County Auditor's Office. Section 3. Moller, the duly appointed, qualified City Clerk of the City of Auburn, A Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3256 of the ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND 48,000 SQ.
