thence Southeasterly to a point on the North
marginal line of Blk 12, said point being 258 feet
East of the NW corner of Lot 9; thence West 258
feet along the North marginal line of Blk 12 to the_POB,
City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington:

2: 'That the request for vacation of the street
right-of-way
be granted subject to a public utility easement over, across, upon
and underneath
the parcel to
be vacated for ingress and egress for the purpose
of installing

utilities by the
Washington Natural Gas Company and Puget Power
and Light
Company.
Section
3. Upon the passage, approval and publication
of this
Ordinance, the
City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
Ordinance to
be recorded in
the office of the King County Auditor.
Section
4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force
five (_5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided
by law.

going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3264 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY, SITUATE ON A PORTION.OF FIRST STREET N-E. BETWEEN "L" AND
"M" STREETS NORTHEAST, WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON."
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3264 was duly passed by
the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn and
published as provided by law•in the Auburn Globe News, a weekly newspaper
published in the City of Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on
the 21st day of April A.D., 1978 .
