HomeMy WebLinkAbout3264Beg at the NW cor of Lot 9 Blk 12 of French's First Addition to the Town of Slaughter, as per plat re- corded in Vol. 5-of Plats, on pg. 53, records of King County; and vacated alley adjoining; th North 10 feet along the projected Westerly margin of Lot 9 to a point; thence Easterly 245 feet on a line - parallel with the North marginal line of Blk 12; thence Southeasterly to a point on the North marginal line of Blk 12, said point being 258 feet East of the NW corner of Lot 9; thence West 258 feet along the North marginal line of Blk 12 to the_POB, City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington: Section 2: 'That the request for vacation of the street right-of-way be granted subject to a public utility easement over, across, upon and underneath the parcel to be vacated for ingress and egress for the purpose of installing C� utilities by the Washington Natural Gas Company and Puget Power and Light Company. Section 3. Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance, the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in the office of the King County Auditor. Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (_5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
