The Fire Chief or his duly authorized agent may proh.ibit any and all outdoor fires whenever atmospheric conditions or local circumstances make or tend to make such fire hazardous. Section 4. A permit for burning natural vegetation may be issued for the month of April and October. Such permits shall be issued by the Fire Chief or his duly authorized agent. Section 5. Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5). days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
