® right-of-way lying between "A" and "B" Street Northeast north of 7th.Street
Northeast, within the corporate limits of the City of Auburn, Washington,
and more particularly described as follows:

Q` Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4,
New Auburn Addition as recorded in Vol.44 of Plats,
pg 8 and 9, records of King Co. WA; th northerly
alg the westerly line of Lots 1 through 8, said Block
4 to the northwest corner of Lot 8, said Block.4; thence
west alg the north line of Block 4 18.2 feet to the
northeast corner of Lot 9, said Block 4; southerly
along the east line of Lots 9 through 15, said Block 4 to the
southeast corner of Lot 15 said Block 4; thence east 18.2
feet along the south line of Block 4.to the point of
beginning, situate in the City of Auburn, County of King,
State of WA.
be and the same is hereby vacated, and that said vacated right-of-way be returned
and belong to the abutting property owners of Block 4, New Auburn Addition as
recorded -in Volume 44 of Plats, pages 8 and 9, records of King County, Washington.
Section 2. Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in
the office of the King County Auditor.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3426 of the
ordinances of. the City of Auburn, entitled
"AN ORDINANCE
of the City of Auburn, Washington, relating to and -roviding
for the vacation of alley right-of-way, lying between A & B
St. N.E., north of 7th St. N.E., within the cor-orate limits
of the City of Auburn, Washington
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3426 was duly passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 20o

I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3426 was published as
provided by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the
City of Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 24th day of
