purpose of constructing a 32 unit apartment complex on a parcel of land 46,500
sq. ft. in size located on the south side of 8th St. N.E. approximately 180 feet
west of Harvey Road, situated within the City of Auburn, and legally described
as follows:

Section 2. That the natural trees,and vegetation existing between a

point 5.feet west of the westerly buildings and the west property line be re-
tained in its natural undisturbed state. Removal of any trees, bushes, etc.,
from this area shall be subject-to.thefapproval of the Auburn Planning Department.
Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized
and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the King County
Auditor's Office.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall1take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
