Any person charged with an offense under Sections 10.37.370 through 10.36.430 may post bail in the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) if so posted within thirty (30) days from the date of the issuance of such notice, or in the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00), if so posted after the thirtieth day from the issuance of said notice by posting the same directly with the Traffic Violations Bureau of the City of Auburn. All bail monies provided for by this Section may be forfeited, or trial may be requested as authorized by law." Section 3. Sub Section B of Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.40.010, (Parking during certain hours prohibited -Penalties for violation - Mun.icipal Off -Street Parking Lots) which reads as follows: "B. Except as otherwise provided in this Section, any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Section shall upon conviction be punished by a fine in any sum not less than three dollars nor more than fifty dollars." is hereby amended to read as follows: "B. except as otherw:ise.provided i.n this Section, any person who violates or fails to comply ,with any of the provisions of this Section shall upon conviction be punished by a fine in a sum not less than two dollars nor more than fifty dollars." Section 4. Auburn Codified City.Ordin.ance 10.40.060 which reads as follows: "Violation - Fines. Any person charged with an offense under this..chapter may post bail with the municipal court in the sum of one dollar, if so posted within seven days from the date of the notice, or in the sum of two dollars, if so posted after the seventh day and before the thirtieth day after the date of the notice. All bail monies provided for by this section may. be forfeited or trial may be requested as authorized by law." . is hereby amended to read as follows: ------------------ Ordinance No. 3338 Page Two 11-30-78 "Violation - Fines. Any person charged with an offense under this chapter may post bail in the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00) if, so posted within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of such notice, or in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), if so posted after the thirtieth day from the issuance of said notice by posting the same directly with the Traffic Violations Bureau of the City of Auburn. All bail monies provided for by this section may be forfeited, or trial may be requested as authorized by law." Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication,'as provided by ,law and -on or after February 1, 1979. McConnehey, the duly appointed, qualified City Clerk of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the .fore- going is a full, true and.correct copy of Ordinance No. 3338 of the ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 10.36 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, (PERTAINING TO STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING OF VECHICLES) AND CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF AUBURN (PERTAINING TO MUNICIPAL OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS); INCREASING THE MINIMUM BAIL OR FINE FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF FROM ONE DOLLAR TO TWO DOLLARS IF SAID BAIL OR FINE IS POSTED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE OF SAID PARKING CITATION, AND INCREASING THE MINIMUM BAIL OR FINE FOR ANY SUCH PARKING VIOLATIONS FROM TWO DOLLARS TO FIVE DOLLARS IF SAID BAIL OR FINE IS PAID AFTER THE THIRTIETH DAY OF ISSUANCE OF SAID PARKING CITATION.
