3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 4 OF AUBURN
CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4141, PASSED JULY 7, 1986, AND SECTION 1 OF AUBURN
4 CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4240, PASSED AUGUST 3, 1987, TO ALLOW FOR A ONE YEAR
EXTENSION FROM AND AFTER THE PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION OF THIS
5 ORDINANCE OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND REFLECT A REDUCTION IN THE
NUMBER OF UNITS FROM 12 TO 8 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF APARTMENT UNITS LOCATED
6 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 2ND STREET S.E. IN THE 300 BLOCK, WITHIN THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON.

— THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 4 of Auburn City Ordinance No.
4141,
passed July 7,

1986, and Section 1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 4240,
passed
August 3, 1987,

are hereby amended to allow for a one year extension from
and
after the

passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance of
the Conditional
Use

Permit and reflect a reduction in the number of units from
12
to 8 for
14 construction of apartment units located on the north side of 2nd Street
15 Southeast in the 300 block, within the City of Auburn, Washington.
16 The above property located on the north side of 2nd Street Southeast, in
17 the 300 block, situate in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of
18 Washington, is legally described as follows:
19 Portion of Tract 40, Riverview Addition to Auburn as folls:
W 90 ft of E 180 ft, tgw E2 of follw Tract 40 and portion
20 of River bed, N and L lns of sd Tract prod W to "C" Street
Less E 180 ft thof, situted in Section 18, Twp 21 N, R 5

Section 2. The City Clerk for the City of Auburn is hereby authorized to

record this Ordinance with the Records Section of the King County Records &
23
Elections Division.

Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
25
tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
26
legislation.

I, Robin Wohlhueter, the duly appointed, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and
Code City, situate in the County of King, State of
Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 4303 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 4303 was duly passed
by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of
Auburn, on the 6th day of September A.D., 1988.
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 4303 was
published as provided by law in the Valley Daily News, a
daily newspaper published in the City of Auburn, and of
general circulation therein, on the llth day of September
A.D., 1988.
