2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT SCHEDULE "A" WHICH RELATES
3 TO THE CITY OF AUBURN 1988 BUDGET REALLOCATION OF FUNDS IN
VARIOUS ACCOUNTS IN SEVERAL FUNDS PURSUANT TO RCW 35A.33.12O.

WHEREAS, the Auburn City Council at its regular meeting of November 16,
5
1987, adopted Ordinance No. 4250 which adopted the City of Auburn 1988 Budget;
6
and
7
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn deems it necessary to reallocate funds in
8
various accounts in several funds of the 1988 Budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
10
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Auburn, Washington, is herewith
12
authorized to accept Schedule "A" relating to the reallocation of funds of
13
various accounts in several funds of the 1988 Budget pursuant to RCW
14
35A.33.12O. A copy of said Schedule "A" is on file with the City Clerk and
15
available for public inspection.

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
17
tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
18
legislation.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
20
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

I, Robin Wohlhueter, the duly appointed, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and
Code City, situate in the County of King, State of
Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 4318 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 4318 was duly passed
by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of
Auburn, on the 19th day of December A.D., 1988.
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 4318 was
published as provided by law in the Valley Daily News, a
daily newspaper published in the City of Auburn, and of
general circulation therein, on the 8th day of December
A.D., 1988.
