AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
4 CARMEN'S FIRST ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.

WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held on
6
December 19, 1988, the Auburn City Council approved the Final Plat of Carmen's
7
First Addition, based upon the following:

9 FINDINGS OF FACT
10
1. The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the preliminary plat
11 approved by Resolution No. 1803 and all applicable conditions have
been met.
12
2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning and Land Division
13 Ordinance.
14 3. The majority of the required public works, i.e., streets, sidewalks,
utilities, have been constructed and accepted by the City.

16 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
17
1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in conformity with applicable
18 ; Zoning and Land Division Ordinances and other applicable land use
controls.
19
2. The plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.
20
3. The plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW.
21
Based on the foregoing Findings and Conclusions,
22
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS THAT:

Section 1. The Plat of CARMEN'S FIRST Addition, located on the west side
2
Of "K" Street S.E. in the 2300 block, within the City of Auburn, Washington,
3
which plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which
4
plat is legally described as follows, is hereby approved:
5
Lot 2 of Auburn Short Plat No. SP-12-79 as recorded in King
6 County, WA. under King County Auditor's File No. 7906130811
situated in Section 19, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM City of Auburn,
7 County of King, State of Washington.
8 Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and they
9 are hereby authorized to sign a statement, written upon the face of said plat,
10 to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved by this
11 Ordinance.
12 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
13 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
14 legislation.
15 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
16 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

I, Robin Wohlhueter, the duly appointed, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and
Code City, situate in the County of King, State of
Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 4323 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 4323 was duly passed
by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of
Auburn, on the 3rd day of January A.D., 1989.
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 4323 was
published as provided by law in the Valley Daily News, a
daily newspaper published in the City of Auburn, and of
general circulation therein, on the 9th day of January A.D.,
1989.
