AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
6 AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 3.04.520 (SECTION 4, ORDINANCE NO.
4110 PASSED FEBRUARY 18, 1986) RELATING TO ESTABLISHMENT OF FINANCE
7 DEPARTMENT REVOLVING PETTY CASH FUND.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

10 Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 3.04.520 (Section 4, Ordinance
11 No. 4110 passed February 18, 1986) is hereby amended to read as follows,
12 to -wit:
13 3.04.520 Finance department revolving petty cash fund.
14 There is established a revolving petty cash fund of ((si-�t
15 fired cnd-4d3110 )) eight hundred and
16 fifty dollars ($850.00) for the use of the finance depart-
17 ment for the purchasing of incidental supplies, making
18 change and paying other necessary incidental expenses. The
19 City finance director shall reimburse that fund from time
20 to time for expenditures outstanding to make a cash balance
21 of a maximum of ((six del l urs--($659.90 -) )
22 eight hundred and fifty dollars ($850.00).

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-

tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this
3
legislation.

5 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
6 days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
7 law.

Clerk of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and
Code City, situate in the County of King, State of
Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 4326 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 4326 was duly passed
by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of
Auburn, on the 3rd day of January A.D., 1989.
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 4326 was
published as provided by law in the Valley Daily News, a
daily newspaper published in the City of Auburn, and of
general circulation therein, on the 9th day of January A.D.,
1989.
