HomeMy WebLinkAbout43981 ORDINANCE NO. 4 3 9 8 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING 3 AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4003 PASSED AUGUST 6, 1984, ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE AUBURN POLICE DEPARTMENT. 4 5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 6 Section 1. Auburn City Ordinance No. 4003 passed August 6, 19849 7 establishing a revolving petty cash fund for the Auburn Police Department 8 is hereby amended to read as follows, to -wit: 9 "There is herewith established a revolving petty cash fund of ((tile)) four 10 hundred dollars for the use of the Auburn Police Department. City of Auburn 11 Finance Director upon the request of the Auburn Police Chief shall reimburse 12 that fund from time to time for expenditures outstanding to make a cash 13 balance of a maximum of (Gate)) four hundred dollars available at any one time 14 in said fund. 15 Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra- 16 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this 17 legislation. 18 Section 3.
