HomeMy WebLinkAbout43601 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ORDINANCE NO. 4 3 6 0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3711 WHICH ENACTED AUBURN CITY CODE SECTION 10.40.035 ENTITLED "AUBURN CITY EMPLOYEE PARKING ESTABLISHED," IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF EMPLOYEE PARKING TO CONFORM TO THE ACTUAL PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this amendatory ordinance is to amend the designation of City of Auburn employees' parking so that it conforms to the actual configuration of the parking lots. Section 2. Auburn City Code Section 10.40.035 entitled "Auburn City Parking Established" is hereby amended as follows: 10.40.035 Auburn city employees parking established. The west two-thirds of the municipal off-street parking lot located at the Southwest corner of 1st and "A" Street N.W., except for the southeasterly most space marked 1115 Minute Parking", the North three rows ((ene-kal€)) of the municipal off-street parking lot located at the Northeast corner of 1st and "A" Street N.W., and the north two rows of the municipal off- ------------------- Ordinance No. 4360 Page 1 August 1, 1989 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 street parking lot located at 115 "A" Street N.W., except the east two spaces of the middle row marked "City Vehicles Only" are to be used for City employee parking. The lots included in this section shall be posted with signs reading "Parking by Permit Only_((6-99-A7M7-te-5t@8-P7M7 Weekdap97)) Others Impounded." Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this legislation. Section 4.
