AUGUST 3, 1987, AND SECTION 1 OF AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO.

4303, PASSED' SEPTEMBER 6, 1988, TO ALLOW FOR A ONE YEAR
EXTENSION FROM AND AFTER THE PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION

OF THIS ORDINANCE OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF APARTMENT UNITS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF

2ND STREET S.E. IN THE 300 BLOCK, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN,

WASHINGTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. PURPOSE. Section 4 of Auburn City Ordinance
10
No. 4141, passed July 6, 1986, Section 1 of Auburn City
11
Ordinance No. 4240, passed August 3, 1987, and Section 1
12
Auburn City Ordinance No. 4303, passed September 6, 1988, is
13
hereby amended to allow for a one year extension from and
14
after the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance
15
of the Conditional Use Permit for construction of eight (8)
16
apartment units located on the north side of 2nd Street
17
Southeast in the 300 block, within the City of Auburn,
18
Washington.

The above property located on the north side of 2nd
21
Street Southeast, in the 300 block, situate in the City of
22
Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, is legally
23
described as follows:

SECTION 2. Upon the passage, approval and publication of
this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
office of the King County Auditor.
SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.

Clerk of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and
Code City, situate in the County of King, State of
Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 4374 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 4374 was duly passed
by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of
Auburn, on the the 18TH day of SEPTEMBER A.D., 1989.
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 4374 was
