3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN,
4 WASHINGTON, FOR THE YEAR A.D. 1990.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
6 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
8 35A.33, the Mayor of the City of Auburn has heretofore duly
9 completed and placed on file with the City Clerk of the City
10 of Auburn, a preliminary budget for the year 1990, that
11 notice was thereupon duly published, as required by law,
12 stating that the Mayor had completed and placed on file such
13 preliminary budget, and that a copy would be furnished to
14 any taxpayer who would call therefor at the office of the
15 City Clerk, and that the City Council of the City of Auburn
16 would meet on November 20, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of
17 fixing the final budget and that any taxpayer might appear
18 at such time and be heard for or against any part of such
19 budget, designating the place of such meetings as the
20 Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main
21 Street, Auburn, Washington; that the Mayor of the City of
22 Auburn duly provided a suitable number of copies of such
23 detailed preliminary budget to meet the reasonable demands

of taxpayers therefor; that
the Mayor and the City Council

of the City of Auburn duly
met at the time designated in

said notice, in the Council
Chambers of the Auburn City
4
Hall, 25 West Main Street,
in the City of Auburn, on
5
November 20, at 7:30 p.m.;
that any and all taxpayers of the
6
City of Auburn were given full
opportunity to be heard for
7
or against such budget; that
the City Council has conducted
8
special public meetings to
consider this preliminary budget;
9
that at said meetings said
budget was considered, and that,
10
at the meeting held by the
City Council on the 4th day of
11
December, considered modifications
of said budget, that the
12
1990 budget for the City of
Auburn is now here adopted by
13
this Ordinance, are as follows

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out
the directions of this legislation.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.

Code City, situate in the County of King,.State of
Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 4387 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 4387 was duly passed
by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of
Auburn, on the the 4TH day of December A.D., 1989.
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 4387 was
published as provided by law in the Valley Daily News, a
daily newspaper published in the City of Auburn, and of
