WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held on February 20, 1990, the Auburn City Council approved the Final Plat of AUBURN SIX, Application No. PLT0042-88 based on the following: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the Preliminary Plat previously known as "Auburn Six" approved by Resolution No. 1938 and all applicable conditions have been met. "Auburn Six" subdivision is a 6 lot single family subdivision located at the east end of 21st Street S.E. 2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent with the City's engineering standards. 3. All of the required public improvements have been constructed and accepted by the City of Auburn. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in conformity with applicable Zoning and Land Division Ordinances and other applicable land use controls. 2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. 3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW. The Plat of AUBURN SIX, located at the east end of 21st Street S.E., within the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on attached Exhibit A, is hereby approved. Section 2. Pursuant to the RCW 58.17.170, the final plat conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and applicable state and local laws. Section 3. Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the office of the King County Auditor. Section 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 5.
