I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hurlbut called the meeting to order at 3:36 pm.
II. APPROVAL MINUTES: Approval of September 8, 2015 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes.

III. ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER: Review and approval of the Entry Level Police Officer eligibility list.

IV. COMMANDER: Review and approval of the Commander eligibility list.

V. UPDATES/NEW BUSINESS:
a. Review Public Safety Testing's Personal History Statement (PHS)
b. Police Services Specialist testing
c. Chief discussed the current hiring status for Entry Level Police Officers. McNaught, who was #1 on
the list was just offered another position. We are expediting her through the background process,
since her information is still current from her previous hire, prior to failing the Academy PT test.
We currently have 8 recruits in the Academy.
VI. ADJOURN: The meeting adjourned at approximately 3:43 p.m.
