SERVICE • ENVIRONMENT • ECONOMY . CHARACTER . SUSTAINABILITY • WELLNESS . CELEBRATION ■ Create new section that consolidates requirements. ■ Exempt from City Business License: When (1) on private property, (2) less than 3 days in a 365 day period, and (3) does not remain in the same location for more than 72 hours. City Business License Only: When (1) on private property, (2) operating for more than 3 days in a 365 day period, and (3) does not remain in the same location for more than 1 year. City Business License and Development Permits: When (1) on private property, and (2) operating in a fixed location for more than 1 year. Public Right of Way: When operating in the public right of way a Right of Way Use permit is always required. A City Business License is also required when operating for more than 3 days in a 365 day period. Establish minimum standards for site maintenance. SERVICE . ENVIRONMENT . ECONOMY 9 CHARACTER .
