Dear Customers,
Microsoft® Select Plus Agreement 6013310 Price Level Adjustment
Lead Affiliate PCN: 85EB2AE5
Agreement Number: 6013310
Additional Affiliate PCN: 46431623
We recently reminded you that we would be carrying out an Annual Price Level Review on 2018-
07-02 to ensure actual software licenses acquired in each product pool under your Microsoft®
Select Plus Agreement continue to fairly reflect the price levels established for the past period of
your Agreement.
This letter provides you with details of the price level changes that take effect for your product
pools on 2018-08-01*. In order to help you understand the price level changes that will take place,
the table on the following page outlines both the original and revised price levels for each of the
product pools under your Agreement. Note if you have made enough purchases to qualify for an
additional discount we will adjust the price level immediately as a result you do not need to wait for
the annual price level adjustment.
As you probably are aware, this information is also available on the Microsoft Volume Licensing
Service Center (VLSC) web site https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/ which you are
hopefully using already to manage and track your Microsoft Volume Licensing Agreement(s).
Annual Price Level Review
Your annual review took place on 2018-07-02 and based on your license acquisitions until that date,
your price levels will be adjusted accordingly to one of the following scenarios listed below:
Scenario How will this affect you?
1) The number of licenses you have
acquired falls within the range for the
current price level
Your price level remains the same and you will
receive no further notifications from us for this
anniversary.
2) The number of licenses you have
acquired falls below the minimum
threshold for the current price level
You are assigned a new price level corresponding to
your lower purchase volumes (e.g., price level C
changes to price level B). You can still benefit from
discounts on future software acquisitions of
Microsoft licenses; however these may not be as
substantial as previous discounts.
3) Your actual acquisitions fall below
the required minimum threshold for this
Agreement (level A)
You are no longer eligible to place orders for the
pool. You must make a single purchase of 500
points or more to reactivate the purchasing
capability for the pool.
Note if you have made enough purchases to qualify for an additional discount we will adjust the
price level immediately as a result you do not need to wait for the agreement anniversary.
Details of your license acquisitions to date and your New Price Level(s)The table below summarizes the total number of Select Plus licenses (in units) ordered as of 2018-
07-01, by all Affiliates under the Agreement. It also shows your current price level and theadjustment that we will make to your price level 2018-08-01 in the event that you do not make anychanges to your licenses between now and your Agreement anniversary check date of 2018-07-02.
