A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, NAMING THE
WEST HILL LAKE PARK PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AUBURN IN
HONOR OF FORMER MAYOR PETER B. LEWIS
WHEREAS, Mayor Peter B. Lewis served the City of Auburn as an elected
official for 16 years, four years as a city councilmember and 12 years as mayor;
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with a long-standing practice of the city, public
properties of the City of Auburn have been named in recognition of past mayors;
and
WHEREAS, during his tenure as mayor of the City of Auburn, Mayor
Lewis worked long and .hard to establish a City Park in the West Hill area of the
City of Auburn; and
WHEREAS, the City Park in the West Hill area of the City of Auburn has a
small lake and other amenities that enhance the West Hill neighborhood and the
City of Auburn parks system; and
WHEREAS, the West Hill City Park is a suitable facility to honor Former
Mayor Peter B Lewis.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. The West Hill City Park and Lake shall be re -named in honor
of Former Auburn Mayor Peter B Lewis.

Section 2. Mayor Nancy Backus is authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this
legislation.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force
upon passage and signatures hereon.

Contractual Insurance Requirements for Mobile and Modular Buildings (US ONLY)
Per Section 9(a) of the Modular Space Corporation lease agreement, you must provide insurance for all units leased from Modular Space
Corporation with the following coverage:
1. Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $1.000,000 per occurrence, written in an
occurrence form, including coverage for premises, operations, contractual liability, broad form property damage. independent
contractors and personal injury liability, naming Modular Space Corporation as an additional insured.
2. Commercial Property Insurance protecting against all loss and damages. at full replacement cost, sustained or suffered due to
the loss of or damage to the Equipment as a result of collision, fire, lightening, theft, flood, windstorm, explosion or any other
r•irisualty, naming Modular Space Corporation and Bank of America, N.A. as a loss payees.
3. A Blanket Certificate (covering all leased equipment) is strongly recommended.

"Loss Payee" and to include full replacement cost with $1,000,000 minimum Liability coverage. If I fail to deliver the insurance certificate
within the 14 days I understand that all Modular Space Corporation has the right to impose an insurance processing fee as well as an
