AN ORDINANCE: Approving and accepting on behalf of the City
of Auburn a written deed of conveyance from Faucett Estate,
Inc., a corporation, to the City of Auburn for public street,
highway and park purposes a strip of land one hundred feet in
width connecting C. Street N.E. in the City of Auburn with the
Auburn Public City Park, and designating the area so conveyed
to the City of Auburn as i'n & W w"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That that certain written deed of conveyance wherein
Faucett Estate, Inc . , a corporation, is grantor and the City of
Auburn is grantee, dated October 30, 1936, and whereby the grantor
,. therein conveys to the City of Auburn for public street and high-
way and park purposes, and for such purposes only, a parcel of
land one hundred feet in width, north and south, and approximate-
ly 427.57 feet long, east and west, particularly described as
follows:
The north 100 feet of the south 210
feet of all that portion of Govern -
tent Lot 1 in Section 18, Township
21 north, Range e 5 East W.M. situate
between C Street 1I .E. in the City of
Auburn and the west boundary line of
the Auburn Public City Park;
be and hereby is approved and accepted by the City of Auburn, and
that the City Clerk of the City of Auburn be and he hereby is in-
structed to file said written deed of conveyance for record with
the County Auditor of King County, Washington.
Section 2. That the area described and included in said written
deed of conveyance to the City of Auburn shall hereafter be desig-
nated and known as �` •
