consideration of mutual benefits, conveys and quitclaims to Grantee, CITY OF AUBURN, a
State of Washington municipal corporation, the real property and easements- described in
EXHIBIT A, including after acquired title. The City of Auburn's covenants that it shall have full
and complete responsibility for the operation, maintenance, repairs and any subsequent
improvements to the drainage facilities and/or properties listed in EXHIBIT A for drainage
purposes in perpetuity, which covenant is intended to be a running covenant burdening and
