That portion of Government Lot 5 in Section 19,Township 21 North, Range 5 East,W.M., In King
County,Washington,described as follows:
BEGINNING at the quarter corner between Sections 18 and 19,which is also the Northeast corner of
said Government Lot 5;
THENCE South 00°25'16"West 422.08 feet, along the North and South quarter line of said Section
19,which is also the East boundary line of said Government Lot 5,to the Southeast corner of Walnut
Lawn Second Addition to Auburn, according to plat recorded in Volume 25 of plats at page 30,
records of King County,Washington,and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE South 00°25'16"West,along the East boundary line of said Government Lot 5,78.18 feet;
