A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO AN AIRPORT
LEASE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE AN AIRPORT OFFICE LEASE WITH
SKYLINE LEASING LLC.
WHEREAS, beginning on January 1, 2020, the City of Auburn municipal airport
will have office space available for lease to private airport-related businesses; and
WHEREAS, Skyline Leasing LLC is interested in leasing such office space for their
aircraft leasing, sales and flight training business; and
WHEREAS, the public, and airport customers benefit from having Skyline Leasing
LLC located on the airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is authorized to negotiate and execute a lease between
the City of Auburn and Skyline Leasing LLC in substantial conformity with the attached
"Term Sheet".
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to implement those administrative
procedures necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. This Resolution will take effect and be in full force on passage and
signatures.

Premises: That"Flight Training"portion of the Airport Administration Building
as depicted in the attached"Premises" Exhibit
Tenant is taking the Premises As-is,where-is
Base Rental Rate: $500.00 per month with will be inclusive of all common area usage
and maintenance fees.utilities(excluding internet&communication
services)and security fees
Leasehold Tax: A State mandated Leasehold Tax in the amount of 12.84%will be
charged to the gross monthly rental payments.
Common Area Fees: Included as part of the base rental rate
Rental Adjustments: City reserves the right to adjust the base rental rate as it deems
necessary by providing Tenant with 30 day advanced written notice.
Uses: Aircraft rental,Aircraft sales& Flight instruction
Term: Month-to-month commencing January 1.2020
Internet& Tenant is responsible at its sole cost and expense for establishing and
Communication maintaining its own internet and communication services

Auburn City Council: The terms contained within are subject to the ratification of the Auburn
City Council. If approved both parties will take reasonable steps to
execute a formal lease based in substantial conformity to the terms
contained within and approved by City Council prior to January 1,
2020.
