TEMPORARY EASEMENT
F Street SE Non-Motorized Improvement Project
The Grantor(s), Mark A. Grubenhoff, for and in consideration of$758.00, convey(s) and
grant(s) unto the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, and its
assigns, Grantee, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its right of Eminent
Domain,the right,privilege and easement over, upon, and across the hereinafter described lands
for the purpose of providing a work area for adjacent roadway and utility construction related
activities and for re-constructing portions of the property to match the planned improvements.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate on December 31, 2020.
Said lands being situated in King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
For legal description and additional conditions
See Exhibit A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this temporary easement is hereby tendered
and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Auburn
unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Auburn, by its
authorized agent.

Temporary Construction Easement
That portion of Lot 1, Block 19, Truitt's Third Addition to The Town of Auburn, according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Volume 20 of Plats, page 13, in King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, thence, along the West line of said Lot 1, also
being the East margin of F Street SE (Elmer Street) North 01°27'49" West a distance of 100.49
feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1;
Thence along the North line of said Lot 1, also being the South margin of Fourth Street SE
(North Street) North 89°00'34" East a distance of 19.54 feet;
Thence leaving said North line South 00°59'26" East a distance of 5.00 feet;
Thence parallel with said North line South 89°00'34" West a distance of 5.93 feet;
Thence South 27°11'24" West a distance of 17.87 feet;
Thence parallel with said West line South 01°27'49"East a distance of 79.72 feet to the South
line of said Lot 1 also being the North margin of the Alley;
Thence along said South line South 88°41'47" West a distance of 5.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Situate in the City of Auburn, King County, Washington;
The temporary construction easement contains an area of 582 square feet, more or less.
The Basis of Bearings for this description is the monumented centerline of F Street SE:
North 01°27'49" West from the monument at 5th Street SE to the monument at 4th Street SE.
