TEMPORARY EASEMENT
F Street SE Non-Motorized Improvement Project
The Grantor(s), Janice Nelson, for and in consideration of $790.00, convey(s) and
grant(s) unto the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, and its
assigns, Grantee, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its right of Eminent
Domain,the right,privilege and easement over,upon, and across the hereinafter described lands
for the purpose of providing a work area for adjacent roadway and utility construction related
activities and for re-constructing portions of the property to match the planned improvements.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate on December 31, 2020.
Said lands being situated in King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
For legal description and additional conditions
See Exhibit A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this temporary easement is hereby tendered
and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Auburn
unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Auburn, by its
authorized agent.

thereof recorded in Volume 21 of Plats, page 2, in King County, Washington (Also known as City
of Auburn Lot Line Adjustment Number LLA-0020-90 recorded under recording number
9008010786) more particularly described as follows:
The West 5.00 feet of said Lot 15;
Together with the East 5.00 feet of the West 10.00 feet of the South 28.81 feet of the North
52.08 feet of said Lot 15.
