The Contractor is hereby directed to make the changes to the Contract as described herein. This document and all attachments
are a supplement to the contract. All work, materials, measurements and unit bid prices for the type of construction involved
shall be in accordance with the contract documents of the above named project unless stated otherwise in this change order.
Summary of Proposed Changes:
1. Original scope of work for Auburn Golf Course included the replacement of the existing system, consisting of 5 split system
ACs and 3 exhaust fans.After onsite review on 2/4/2020, the Kitchen's AHU (AHU-1)was identified as being excluded
from current scope and will lose connection and control if unaccounted for when existing system is upgraded. This change
order incorporates this AHU-1 into the current project scope to retain control and visibility.
The Contract time is extended by 30 working days.

This change order constitutes full and complete compensation for all labor, equipment, materials, overhead, profit, any and all
indirect costs, and time adjustment to perform the above described changes. All other costs are non-compensable. All other
terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
Counterparts: This agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be one and the same Agreement
and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each of the parties and delivered to the other
party.
