The Buyer is hereby requesting that item#11 be removed from the report. Per Ticor Title's instructions, item#11 can be satisfied and therefore removed from the Commitment through a request of Reconveyance of the Deed of Trust. With Ticor Title showing as the Trustee the request for Reconveyance must be made to them. Please do this, or whatever steps necessary,to have item #11 removed from the Commitment prior to closing.
