RE: Notice of disapproval of Schedule B, Part II Exceptions, item#11
Mr. Miles Ohlrich,
In accordance with paragraph 6,"Title Policy", of the July 6, 2020, dated Purchase and Sale Agreement
between the City of Auburn as "Buyer" and QARES LLC as "Seller",the Buyer is hereby providing notice
of its disapproval of Schedule B, Part II Exceptions, item#11 shown on the Ticor Title issued
Commitment No. 701441132 "Commitment".A copy of the Commitment is hereby included by this
reference into the email by which this notice is given.
The Buyer is hereby requesting that item#11 be removed from the report. Per Ticor Title's instructions,
item#11 can be satisfied and therefore removed from the Commitment through a request of
Reconveyance of the Deed of Trust. With Ticor Title showing as the Trustee the request for
Reconveyance must be made to them.
Please do this, or whatever steps necessary,to have item #11 removed from the Commitment prior to
closing.
