Knowing the financial issues, the City of Auburn is currently facing, we have worked diligently to maximize the products being proposed while providing the most amount of value. After discussing at length your requirements, I believe we have matched your objectives in this second of two bids. Having processed the Print Shop unit previously, this bid reflects the Finance and PD Records units. We initially chose these two units along with the print shop as these two have the highest volume counts in the fleet and our technician has said that out of all units in the fleet, these are his recommendations for quickest replacement. Upgrade the Finance office unit with a newer 50ppm device configured the same as the current unit. Upgrade the PD Records unit with a faster color unit. This unit will be the same model as the Finance unit. Unit part numbers highlighted in “green” show the differences in the two units and their configruations.
