these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, 34 streetlights and all appurtenances
associated with and within the right-of-way of the boundaries of Vintage Hills
Homeowners Association referred to as the Plat of The Ridge at Willow Park and the Plat
of The Ridge at Willow Park Div. 2. Situated within the following described real property,
located in King County:
Plat of The Ridge at Willow Park, Recording Number 9709300456, Recorded in
Volume 182 of Plats, Pages 45-50, Records of King County, Washington.
together with;
Plat of The Ridge at Willow Park Div. 2, Recording Number 9801270922,
Recorded in Volume 184 of Plats, Pages 21-25, Records of King County,
Washington.
and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant(s) that it is the sole owner(s) of all the property
above conveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of
the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify
the City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
