The purpose of this letter is to designate the Applicant Agent and Alternate authorized
representatives for:
Event: Fiscal Year 2020 Building Resilient Infrastructure and
Communities (BRIC)
Applicant: City of Auburn
Applicant Agent: Susan Fenhaus, Water Utility Engineer
Alternate Applicant: Lisa Tobin, Utility Engineering Manager
The purpose of this designation as the authorized representatives is to obtain and
administer federal and/or state hazard mitigation assistance funds.
These representatives are authorized to execute all contracts, certify completion of
projects, request payments, and prepare all required documentation for funding
requirements.
