This RELEASE OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of Auburn, a Washington
Municipal, (the"City") as authorized by Auburn City Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
RECITALS:
1. As part of its GRA18-0019 PSERN AUBURN project on King County Parcel
# 272105-9012 (the "Property"), Grantors granted an Easement to City that allows for a
tire hydrant and hydrant service pipe and appurtenances thereto crossing property in
Auburn, Washington which is recorded under King County Recording No.
20200922001641.
2. Western Washington Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists is the current owner
of the Property and has requested that the Easement be released.
3. The City has determined that the Water Easement is in excess of City needs and
should be released.
RELEASE:
Grantor releases and forever abandons the Easement recorded under King County
Recording No. 20200922001641.
