I, Mark Caillier, do solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of the
United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Washington, and all valid local
ordinances, and that I will faithfully and impartially perform and discharge the duties of the office
of Police Chief for the City of Auburn, Washington, to which I have been appointed, according to
law, to the best of my ability, so help me God.
I swear under penalty of perjury that I meet all requirements for the office of chief of police
in accordance with RCW 35.21.333.
