Good afternoon Roc,
I know Tim has already reached out to let you know this was coming. So that we can stay within the
parameters of the Land Lease Agreement I’m sending you the “Official” 30-Day Notice to Correct
(NTC) the hangar door on Unit 8 of Row X. Please work with Tim on coordinating the correction of
the issue. If you have any questions relating to this notice, please let me know. Because the Lease
Agreement is between the City and Auburn Hangar Owners Association as successor in interest to
HU Inc., d/b/a Hangars Unlimited, you, as Association President are being sent this NTC rather than
the owner of the Hangar. That said, I do recommend that you review the Condo Declaration because
while the association is responsible for exterior doors, you may have recourse against the hangar
owner. Again, happy to answer any questions.
