RE: Airtech's intention to exercise its Lease option for another five years per Section 2.5.2
Mr. Schwartz —
The CITY acknowledges receipt of your letter dated January 11, 2017 indicating your intentions to
exercise your option for a second five-year term at the Auburn Airport per Section 2.5.2 of the Lease
Agreement. The CITY further finds that you have fully complied with the terms and conditions set forth
in your Lease Agreement and are therefore fully within your rights to unilaterally exercise your option.
The new expiration date for your Lease Agreement shall be August 5, 2022. All other terms and
conditions shall remain the same.
Please note that the remaining three (3) additional five-year term options will require mutual
negotiations between both parties.
