RE: 2020 Fair Market Value appraised rate & step increase addendum

Please find the fully executed copy of the Fourth Amendment to your lease agreement with the City of
Auburn. Beginning January 1, 2020 your new Monthly rental rate will be $6,980.21. This represents the
$0.465 per square foot for the 2020 term as noted in the included amendment.
