Ray of Hope Day Shelter THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 23rd day of December , 2020, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (“City”), and THE AUBURN FOOD BANK, a Washington nonprofit corporation (“Subtenant”), as an amendment to the Sublease Agreement between the parties for the operations of the Ray of Hope Day Shelter. RECITALS: 1. The City of Auburn and the Auburn Food Bank entered into a Sublease Agreement for approximately 1,960 commercial space located at 2806-A, dated December 22, 2020. 2. Summary section 7.2 states that the Commencement date shall be the date of delivery of the Premises by mutual agreement. 3. Section 22.6 permits the parties to modify the Sublease by written amendment, mutually executed. NOW THEREFORE in consideration of their mutual covenants, conditions and promises, the Parties agree as follows: Summary section 7.2 is amended to read that the sublease commencement date is 12/23/2020. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same and in full force and effect..
