BETWEEN THE CITY OF AUBURN AND THE AUBURN FOOD BANK.

THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 21 day ofJur 2021,by and
between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of W shington("City"),
and THE AUBURN FOOD BANK, a Washington nonprofit corporation ("Subtenant"), as an
amendment to the Sublease Agreement between the parties for the operations of the Sundown
Night Shelter.
RECITALS:
1. The City of Auburn and the Auburn Food Bank entered into a Sublease Agreement for
approximately 1,960 commercial space located at 2806-B, dated December 22, 2020.
2. This Second Amendment is necessary to correct the Premises address of the Subtenant,
which is an administrative update to the Sublease and does not change any substantive
term.
3. Section 22.6 permits the parties to modify the Sublease by written amendment,
mutually executed.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of their mutual covenants,conditions and promises,
the Parties agree as follows:
The Address of Subtenant as noted in the Summary of the Sublease is amended as 1
follows:
2808 A&B Auburn Way N
Auburn,WA 98002
Attention: Debbie Christian
Summary section 6.1,"Premises" is amended with the following language added:
Approximately 1,960 square feet of Principle Rentable Area, and
approximately 4,000 square feet of non-exclusive Temporary Rentable
Area both located in the Building(as defined below),depicted in Revised
Exhibit A attached hereto, known as Suite 2808 A&B.
Exhibit A of the Sublease is replaced with Revised Exhibit A(attached)
All other terms and conditions shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
