Renewal Option
LESSOR: GBJ, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, 905 4th St NE,
Auburn, Washington, hereinafter "LESSOR", and
LESSEE: City of Auburn, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington,
hereinafter "LESSEE".
LESSOR and LESSEE together known as "Parties".
PREMISE: Parcel # 6858700416 & 6858700420, located in Auburn,
Washington and legally described as
Lot Three (3) and Easterly one-half (1 / 2) of Lot Two (2), Poplarwood
Addition to Auburn, Block Six (6)
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of the lease agreement dated 4/ 15/2011, the parties
hereby exercise the one year option to renew. Effective upon execution of both
parties the lease shall expire on April 30th, 2017.
All other terms and conditions are to remain the same.
