LESSOR and LESSEE together known as "Parties". PREMISE: Parcel # 6858700416 & 6858700420, located in Auburn, Washington and legally described as Lot Three (3) and Easterly one-half (1 / 2) of Lot Two (2), Poplarwood Addition to Auburn, Block Six (6) Pursuant to paragraph 1 of the lease agreement dated 4/ 15/2011, the parties hereby exercise the one year option to renew.
