Pursuant to Article 1.1(h) of your signed lease, this letter is Sound Transit's King County Executive
written notice that we will be changing the hours for the public restrooms Dave Earling
effective Monday, February 11, 2013. The new hours for having the restrooms Edmonds Mayor
open will be from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm, seven days per week. Dave Enslow

restroom hours and the staff contacts for garage related issues. The amendment Transportation
