This is a CMA of those homes. All of the homes that are showing up are older. So the CMA is on the year of the older homes. Taking into account the subject property is connected to Sewer or Septic, has all utilities and is currently in place. There is value in that also. So it would be an accurate value of $22,000.00 I came up with $21,983.00 value. On the National Manufactured Housing sheets that I emailed you earlier. I took a look at the very good quality sheet, with a length of 60 ft. and 14 feet wide. The average price per sgft. Is 23.77 this subject sgft. 924. Therefore, the effective date of the sale or removal was extended to March 31, 2010, You previously expressed interest in selling the mobile home, and the City would Ue interested in purchasing it if we can agree upon an acceptable price. However, in order for us to do so, we would need access to the home to determine a value for the potential purchase. We are unable to do this without access to the home. Please be advised that in order to explore this purchase, the City must gain access to the property no later than March 12, 2010 to conduct an inspection.
